Data Deletion

We store two types of data on your behalf: Collections (the photos you upload) and QArtCodes (your finished code images). Your photos belong to you, and you can delete them at any time.

To delete a collection, go to the home page after signing in. Deleting a collection permanently removes all of its photos. Note that any QArtCodes made from that collection are not deleted. To remove those, visit the orders page (accessible from the menu in the top-right corner). Before deleting a QArtCode, we recommend downloading the high-resolution file for your records.

Collections are automatically deleted after a period of inactivity. QArtCodes are kept indefinitely so you can reorder prints; you will need to delete them manually if you want them removed.
